The POSTĘP Cooperative main aim is to have an organization constantly improved and entirely directed towards a client. Satisfied clients are our crucial element of strategy and guarantee of success. Our success depends on the Cooperative employees' concern to our product quality. We use a principle of management through quality and Chairperson of the Board of Directors makes an effort to inspire our workers to think about quality.
We try to influence on our clients' needs and tastes and to forecast their demands and expectations.
We review our effectiveness in realization of outlined aims in order to perfect unceasingly the system of quality management.
The Quality Policy is realized through:
  • systematic examination of clients' satisfaction,

  • building of culture of organization and quality in the Cooperative through ensuring access to knowledge, information and best work conditions for all our employees,
  • systematic assessment and permanent improvement of processes,

  • assessment of suppliers and supervision of quality of deliveries,

  • realization of program of internal audits,

  • planning and realization of system improving actions.
